US President Obama Skips Kenya in His African Tour

President Barack Obama will go on a first African tour next month, visiting Senegal, Tanzania and South Africa, but his itinerary released on Monday bypasses Kenya, an ancestral homeland.

This has created mixed reactions including this note by some Kenyan on social media

Dear World citizen, I must regret why I celebrated your victory and more so sitting upright forgoing sleep to follow US Election.

Don't translate the hate u have for our President to the hate for the people of Kenya. What sore do u hold for Kenya or is it that Raila did not win? Aha ! sorry he wont during your term as president.
